Powerful little TLM Series batteries pack a punch, delivering up to 2Wh of energy, an open circuit voltage of 4.0 volts, with the ability to handle high current pulses of up to 15A, with 5A maximum continuous load at above 3.0V for a AA-size cell. TLM Series lithium metal oxide batteries offer an ideal alternative to reserve/thermal batteries, and are capable of powering a wide array of military and aerospace applications, including:

TLM Series military grade batteries are extremely safe, with solvents that are non-toxic and non-pressurized, and anode materials that are less reactive than other lithium chemistries.
Military grade TLM Series batteries are designed to withstand extreme temperatures (-40°C to 85°C), and comply with MIL-STD 810G specs for vibration, shock, temperature, salt fog, altitude, acceleration (50,000 gn), and spinning (30,000 rpm). These ruggedized cells also meet the current UN 60086 standard for crush, impact, nail penetration, heat, over-charge, and short circuit.
A superior solution to reserve/thermal batteries
TLM Series batteries offer significant performance advantages over reserve/thermal batteries, a legacy technology that has had remained virtually unchanged for decades, and which requires the use of squibs and layers of thermal insulation. TLM Series batteries also offer a relatively inexpensive commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution, whereas reserve/thermal batteries need to be custom designed for each application.
